The distinctive red heartwood and and white sapwood of this Carob board is beautifully accented by the rich blue resin creating a unique, and "patriotic" Charcuterie Board that is perfect for a 4th of July party, or for that matter, any other gathering. I love the rich reddish/pinkish tones and the tight, intricate grain patterns of Carob wood. This tree was harvested after severe monsoon winds in Phoenix AZ.
