When my neighbor saw this board, he said, "That looks like the Eiffel Tower". I hadn't seen that, maybe because I watched it change from an ugly board to a beauty. (pictures included). not seen that but I liked it! I also like the intricate and wild grain patterns and beautiful reds and pinks of this piece of Carob. Carob is hard to work with but the results are striking. Red heartwood, creamy white sapwood and sparkling light blue resin make this board stand out (and look vaguely patriotic).
