This Charcuterie Board may be delicate looking but don't let looks deceive. Chinese Elm is the hardest of the elms! The beautiful grain and rich browns of Chinese Elm make it one of my favorites. This is a thin lightweight board that can hold a surprising amount of cheese and crackers.
Chinese Elm is a beautiful hardwood tree that is used as a landscape tree in both Phoenix and Houston. This wood was harvested from a damaged tree in Mesa AZ.
Finished with a 100% food safe hardwax oil finish, it is ready for many years of service. Just wipe it down after use and let it dry. No soaking or dishwasher.
