This vase is 13" tall and has a 1/2" glass tube insert to hold water and your favorite greenery. Perfect for a rose bud or a few wildflowers or even dried flowers. Also great for rooting cuttings of Pothos or other plants. It is finished with a hard wax/oil finish that will look good for a long time.
Crepe Myrtle is a fun wood to work with. Typically, it grows as a large decorative shrub or small tree. It flowers beautifully in the spring and is commonly used in Phoenix and Houston. This tree was alongside our house in an area we needed for parking and so it had to come down.
