Plenty of room on this board for whatever you want to serve your guests. That is, if you can bring yourself to cover up the beautiful Willow Acacia grain pattern. I'd been noticing this rough board in my Arizona stash and suspected the grain would really "pop" when planed down and finished. I love this "bullseye" pattern.
It's a substantial 1 1/4" thick but the handle was shaped down to make it much more comfortable at only 3/4" thick. Easy to grab and carry as needed.
Finished with a 100% food safe hardwax oil finish for many years of beautiful service.
