The epoxy finish is hard and fairly scratch resistant but, even though it looks like glass, it's not, so don't put hot dishes from the oven on it, use a metal scrubber or soak it in water to clean. Just wipe it down with a damp sponge and a bit of dish soap if necessary and it will look beautiful for years.
